Email is the only way to reach meetingnotesreview.com: [hello@meetingnotesreview.com](mailto:hello@meetingnotesreview.com). There is no contact form, phone line or chat.

## What to write about

- **Corrections to a review.** If a security control, admin setting, certification or price in a review no longer matches the vendor’s own pages, tell me which review and which claim, and include a link to the vendor page that shows the current state.
- **Factual errors.** If something I wrote is wrong, say what it is and where you found the correct information. I check the claim against the vendor’s own documentation, and if the source backs it up I fix the post and update the date it was last checked.
- **Questions about the site.** How the 100-point rubric is applied, where a claim came from, or why a tool is or isn’t reviewed.
- **Privacy requests.** Questions about the data described on the [privacy page](/privacy), or a request related to it.

## Before you write

If you work for one of the vendors and your product has changed, send a link to the public page that documents the change. Every claim in the reviews is traced to public security pages, help centers and pricing tables, so a public source is what I can cite.

This site is independent of the tools it covers, so I can’t help with accounts, billing or support for any of them. For those, contact the vendor directly.
