## Who runs this site

I’m Thomas Beck. I write and edit meetingnotesreview.com. I have spent the last decade reviewing security, privacy and admin controls in business software, usually for the IT team that has to sign off on the purchase.

This site is independent. It is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any of the tools it reviews. Scores come from a fixed 100-point rubric, and every claim is traced to the vendor’s own security page, help center or pricing table. Where a vendor does not document something, I say that instead of guessing, and each source carries the date I last checked it.

Spotted something out of date, or a claim I got wrong? Email me at hello@meetingnotesreview.com.
